Description
The Florida Evolution Series are events geared towards 13u and 14u prospects in the 2026 and 2027 graduating classes who have yet to reach their high school years. These are introductory PBR events that serve as a starting point for any prospect with aspirations of playing at the next level. Showcasing your skill set is an important part of the scouting and recruiting process, and the Evolution Series is an educational experience that guides a prospect through that process and how to maximize their efforts and highlight their best abilities.

In PBR fashion, the event will be highly scouted by the college and professional community. Through various media and social media outlets, Prep Baseball Report will continue to shine the spotlight on the future of the game of baseball and create an atmosphere and platform for the athlete looking to gain national exposure.
Refunds:
- If Zero Games are played 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments.
- If 25% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 50% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
- If 33% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 40% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
- If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.
- *Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit.

Prep Baseball Report Tournaments works with various lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure the lowest rates for all teams. It is a requirement for all groups traveling to a PBRT event to book their rooms through Traveling Teams.
Once accepted into the tournament, you must adhere to the lodging policy by securing housing through our preferred partner. Rooming lists including confirmation numbers, property name, number of room nights, and check-in/check-out dates must be completed no later than 20 days before the event's start date. All teams must stay with the PBRT lodging partner inside the group block (minimum team requirement is 8 total rooms, per night, per team
Any reservations booked through a third party provider (i.e. hotels.com, Expedia, hotwire, hotel planner), using reward points, or securing outside of the PBRT room block will not fulfill the requirement.
Local Teams
Teams within an 80-mile drive radius may request a waiver on the lodging policy.
