Description
The Northeast Open is a 24 team tournament with two 12 team divisions, 15u and 17u. This event is OPEN for registration to the first 12 teams who register in each age group. The Northeast Open will take place in the Cortland, NY area at the Gutchess Lumber Yard Complex and local college/high school fields.

In PBR fashion, the event will be highly scouted by the college and professional community. The event will feature top programs and athletes from around the Midwest. Through various media and social media outlets, Prep Baseball Report will continue to shine the spotlight on the future of the game of baseball and create an atmosphere and platform for the athlete looking to gain national exposure.

Age Restrictions: Either/Or
- 14U and Up
- Your high school graduation year.
- Or age, your age is determined by the May 1st date of that year
- *14U Division Players who turn 15 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 8th grade. Also, any player turning 16 prior to May 1 will not be eligible. Players who are 14U eligible are eligible for this division regardless of grade.
Refunds:
- If Zero Games are played 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments.
- If 25% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 50% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
- If 33% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 40% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
- If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.
- *Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit.
*Teams that pull out within 90 days of an event will not receive any refund or credit.

Prep Baseball Report Tournaments works with various lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure the lowest rates for all teams. It is a requirement for all groups traveling to a PBRT event to book their rooms through Traveling Teams.
Once accepted into the tournament, you must adhere to the lodging policy by securing housing through our preferred partner. Rooming lists including confirmation numbers, property name, number of room nights, and check-in/check-out dates must be completed no later than 20 days before the event's start date. All teams must stay with the PBRT lodging partner inside the group block (minimum team requirement is 8 total rooms, per night, per team
Any reservations booked through a third party provider (i.e. hotels.com, Expedia, hotwire, hotel planner), using reward points, or securing outside of the PBRT room block will not fulfill the requirement.
Local Teams
Teams within an 80-mile drive radius may request a waiver on the lodging policy.
